Betting tips: Parrizas-Diaz vs. Anisimova and Young Boys vs. Ferencvaros

Two betting analyses for today on the following events:
  • Nuria Parrizas-Diaz vs. Amanda Anisimova (Chicago challenger)
  • Young Boys vs. Ferencvaros (Champions League)

Tennis – Chicago challenger R1: Nuria Parrizas-Diaz vs. Amanda Anisimova

Nuria Parrizas-Diaz is this week very close to her best career ranking. Now ranked #111 in the world, the player from Spain reached her highest ranking just last month (#108), at 30 years old it looks like the Spaniard could finally enter the top 100 for the first time. Her season has been remarkable so far on both clay (22 wins – 7 losses) and hard court (20 wins – 3 losses). Even though a lot of these wins were scored in ITF events, Parrizas-Diaz won the title in Bastad (clay challenger) last month in very convincing fashion.

Amanda Anisimova from USA is on a very different dynamic. At 19 years old she is already a top 100 player, and while this year has been quite tough (13 wins – 12 losses), it is obvious the competition she faced was stronger than what Parrizas-Diaz went through. Anisimova gained a lot of confidence last week by reaching the third round in Montreal Masters, losing to eventual finalist Karolina Pliskova.

Chicago challenger being played on hard court, we know both players are comfortable on this surface. It should be an interesting encounter, Parrizas-Diaz won a lot of matches this season but Anisimova is, despite her young age, the better player.

Prediction: the American player showed very solid tennis last week on hard court. We back Anisimova (Match odds).

Football – Champions League qualification: Young Boys vs. Ferencvaros

The first leg encounter between the two teams should be exciting to watch. Young Boys are yet to lose a match in Europe this season (2 wins and 2 draws), and at home an average 3.67 goals were scored in their last 6 UCL matches.

Ferencvaros scored a total of 13 goals so far in the competition. The Hungarian side is not favorite but managed to get a draw each time when playing the first leg away, in the last 6 European matches.

The Swiss side is favorite to win this first leg, especially with the home advantage, yet we fancy a bet on the total goals scored in this mach. Both teams are very solid offensively and we expect to see at least two goals.

Prediction: we back: Over 2 goals (Goal Lines). The bet will be void if exactly two goals are scored.
