Is Easysportbet available in my country?

Easysportbet is licensed and regulated under the licence 8048/JAZ2015-043 issued by the gaming commission of Curacao. We will not be able to accept customers residing in countries not listed in our registration form. If you have any doubt, you can send us an email to [email protected] and we will inform you about your country of residence.

Do I need to verify my Easysportbet account?

Yes. You need to verify your Easysportbet account before you start betting on Betkeen. As a betting agent fully regulated, the various laws and regulations require us to identify our users. A verified email address is required to login, and compliance procedures are needed to complete deposits/withdrawals, in order to prevent any money laundering.

We recommend that you complete this identity verification process as soon as possible to avoid restrictions when using our services (withdrawals, bank deposits, Betkeen account activation).

How do I verify my Easysportbet account?

To verify your account, please follow the KYC procedure detailed in the following article: Account verification (KYC procedure).

I registered on Easysportbet but I cannot login to Betkeen, why?

Once you sign up to Easysportbet and login for the first time, your Betkeen account is not ready yet. To activate Betkeen, you must:

pass the KYC verification (see above)
make a first deposit (minimal deposit: 25 euros)

Once you activate Betkeen, your password for both Easysportbet and Betkeen are the same, however it is possible to set two different passwords for each account.

I forgot my login details, what should I do?

If you forgot your Easysportbet login name or password, please see: Easysportbet lost password and enter your email address in the form. For your Betkeen details, you can do the same through this page: Betkeen lost password. You will receive an email from us with your login name and a new password (please check your junk/spam folders in case our email address is not recognized).

How to be sure no one steals my password?

If you wish to add an extra layer of security to your account, you can enable two-factor authentication. To enable this function, login to your Easysportbet account, click on your login name and select security. You will find your QR code to scan or the secret key to enter manually.

Can I request to close my account?

Yes. If you need a break from betting or trading, you can ask to close your account for a temporary period or permanently. To do so, just send an email to [email protected] and it will done within 12 hours.
